Welcome to Emilia Klassen Creative! You may be wondering why I've been writing Christmas posts on my yoga blog, and the answer is simple: this is no longer just a yoga blog. I started this project in a wave of enthusiasm for bringing my own yoga practice deeper and creating resources to help others start a yoga practice of their own. Those things are still incredibly important to me, but lately, they haven't been inspiring me to write. Teaching yoga is a huge part of who I am, but it's not all of me. Right now I'm planning a wedding and a life with my fiancé. I'm expanding my Etsy business. And we're in full swing of the holiday spirit!! That's what is inspiring me to write right now, so here we are: Emilia Klassen Creative, where I make all the things. You know the yoga teacher side of me. You're about to meet the Christmas elf.

And what better way to kick off this wondrous celebration than a recipe for Christmas mimosas! I've never been much of a classic mimosa person - my idea of a mimosa is a glass of straight champagne, but in the morning. But I'm not gonna lie - champagne with cranberry is real good.
So here it is! Super easy, 3-ingredient mimosas for your Christmas morning.
1/2 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz triple sec
prosecco
Just add the liquor and the juice and top your flute off with prosecco! That's it!
Enjoy with loved ones. Namaste, and happy holidays!
